Dr Nina Ahuja - Empowering Health Professionals in Leadership

In this final episode for 2023 we meet Dr. Nina Ahuja a Canadian award-winning medical educator, bestselling author, and keynote speaker, Nina is on a mission to transform and empower healthcare providers to thrive as resilient and compassionate leaders who deliver excellent patient care.

Nina shares her reason for writing her book Stress in Medicine: Lessons Learned Through My Years as a Surgeon, from Med School to Residency, and Beyond that led to development of the ADMIT model. A model that Nina continue using to manage her personal experiences of stress. 

Her special interest in supporting leadership in healthcare has led her to put together an inter-professional online community for healthcare professionals that she will launch in January 2024.
